If you install linux on a Supermicro board, you might want to use Supero Doctor utility, which allows you to monitor system health. The only disadvantage is if you would like to use that utility in a text module, you will not be able to receive e-mails etc. I wrote a script to perform this job.

I am currently using SquirrelMail to read e-mail, when I am away from my home. I have experienced a problem to read e-mails from Postnuke. The problem was in russian characters, that are displayed as gibberish, unless you change encoding for your browser. You have to agree that changing encoding all the time is very annoying. So I decided to solve this problem.
